Our journey began with rose tea – plucking and processing rose petals; blending them with tea to give awesome rose flavoured tea.
In the process, we discovered that the art of blending is actually quite tricky. We had to infuse just that right proportion of rose into tea so that the outcome was well-balanced and flawless, not once, but every single time.
Once we were experts in blending dual flavours like rose tea, tulsi tea, hibiscus tea, etc, we wanted to explore newer flavours, by blending different raw materials into tea, so that we had the perfect flavour with right mix of each herb/spice/dry flowers. Thus were born our Herbal Masala tea and Kashmiri Kahwa tea; but not before I had actually tasted a few hundred sips, from different permutations and combinations of more than 14 types of ingredients with tea!
