1. Shipping Charges

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout and shown clearly before you pay.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery may take longer due to weather, festivals, strikes or other events outside our control.

4. Delivery Coverage

We currently ship across India through reputed courier partners. We do not ship internationally at this time. If your pincode is not serviceable, we will contact you and refund your payment in full.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we share the courier name and tracking number by email or WhatsApp. You can also check your order status under My Account → Orders.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners make up to three delivery attempts. Please ensure the delivery address and phone number are correct and someone is available to receive the parcel. If a parcel is returned to us as undelivered after three attempts, we refund the order value minus actual shipping costs incurred.

7. Damaged or Missing Parcels

Please check your parcel on delivery. If it arrives damaged, tampered with or with items missing, contact us within 48 hours with photographs so we can resolve it quickly. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

8. Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we can usually correct it before dispatch.
