1. Agreement

2. Products

We sell herbal teas, Ayurvedic oils and related wellness products. We make every effort to display product colours, packaging and descriptions accurately, but slight variations may occur as these are natural products.

Important: our products are wellness and personal-care products. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Please consult a qualified doctor before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or managing a medical condition.

3. Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown separately at checkout before you pay.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the one shown at the time of checkout.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm your order once payment is successfully received. We may decline or cancel an order if the product is out of stock, if there has been a pricing error, or if we are unable to deliver to your location — in such cases any amount paid is refunded in full.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, which supports UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets. You must be authorised to use the payment method you choose. Orders are processed only after payment is confirmed.

6. Coupons & Loyalty Points

• Coupon codes are valid for a limited period and may carry a minimum order value.
• Unless stated otherwise, only one coupon may be used per order.
• Loyalty points have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be redeemed only as a discount on this website, subject to the limits shown at checkout.
• We may withdraw or modify any offer, coupon or points scheme at any time.

7. Shipping & Delivery

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, photographs, graphics, logos and product descriptions — is the property of Teasana and may not be copied or reproduced without our written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
